This person is the right hand to the Proven team; a good position for someone looking to spend time in a boutique marketing consultancy to get their feet wet.  This is a support role for the team as they serve a multitude of promotional marketing clients and their projects. Your role is to ensure timely, cross-collaboration, and deliverables both internal, as well as client-facing.

While design is not a requirement, an eye for aesthetics, a can-do attitude, an aptitude for writing to persuade, an awareness of trends & buyer mindset, plus the desire to make a bottom-line impact for our clients are traits needed to grow and succeed in this role. We estimate 15-25 hours weekly for this role with the opportunity to become something more in hours and responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the team to ensure timely deliverables. 
• Provide reporting and metrics to clients. 
• Contribute ideas.
• Support receivables and payables activity.
• Support executive activities.

Technical Skills:

• Excel
• Meta/Social Media Platforms
• Mailchimp
• Design Skills: Proficiency in Canva at a minimum.

Soft Skills:

• Work effectively with a team.
